Get Better Video on Android

Playback issues such as a blank screen or choppy video on an Android device can be improved with basic troubleshooting.


 

Check for OS Updates

Avoid and fix video problems with an up-to-date operating system. OS version 5.0 or higher is needed to use the app on Android.

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap System > Advanced >System update
  3. View Android version and Security patch level.

Force stop and restart on Android
 

  1. Navigate to your home screen.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Applications.
  5. Tap Manage Applications.
  6. Tap the application to close.
  7. Tap Force stop.
  8. Tap Home to return to home screen.
  9. Restart the device.

Reinstall the WWE App
 

  1. Navigate to the home screen.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap Manage Apps.
  4. Find the WWE app under the Downloaded tab. Tap it app to manage.
  5. Tap Uninstall.
  6. Tap OK to proceed or Cancel to disregard.
  7. Tap OK to return to the Download tab.
