Trouble Loading WWE Network Content

By wwehelp, 16 May, 2024

Security programs (e.g., Kaspersky, Norton, McAfee), ad blockers, add-ons/extensions (e.g., Adblock Plus, NoScript) and firewalls can prevent your videos from playing correctly. Some locations such as offices and schools may deliberately block content. Try to disable or uninstall add-ons and make sure WWE Network is listed as a trusted site in your firewall software.

Viewing and Managing your Browser Extensions

  • On Chrome: Enter chrome://extensions/ into the browser bar to view your extensions
  • On Firefox: From the Menu, select Add-ons then Extensions and Themes. Find other help from Mozilla
  • On Internet Explorer: Select the Tools button, then Manage add-ons. Under Show, select All add-ons. Find other help for IE from Microsoft

Check your Firewall

You may also be behind a firewall that is stopping the content. To receive WWE Network content, we recommend setting WWE Network as a trusted site in your firewall software. Consult the Help section of your firewall software for further support.

If you are still having problems you may need to disable your firewall software or find out if your network (especially if you are in an office) prevents WWE Network features (such as videos) from loading.
