Choppy and distorted video, excessive buffering, spinning circles, disconnects and other interruptions are frustrating but fixable. Improve streaming to your iPhone and iPad with some basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
Force Close Other Apps
- Double tap on the home button to open the application tray.
- Flick apps up to close.
- It is preferred you do this to all applications.
- Tap the home button again to close application tray.
Restart Device
- Simultaneously press and hold the power button and the home button; continue holding these buttons until the screen goes black and the Apple logo appears.
- Once the device returns to the home screen, relaunch the WWE Network App.
- If issue persists, go to Device Information.
Enable Wi-Fi Connection
- Navigate to your device home screen.
- Tap Settings
- Tap Wi-Fi and make sure it is set to ON.
- Tap the desired network and enter a security key if necessary.
- Once the network connects, press the home button and try re-launching the WWE Network App.
Disable Wi-Fi Connection
- Navigate to your device home screen.
- Tap Settings
- Tap Wi-Fi. Make sure it is set to OFF.
- Once the network disconnects, press the home button and relaunch the WWE Network app.
Uninstall and Restore App
- Navigate to your home screen.
- Press and hold your finger on the application that you want to remove.
- Tap the X and then select Delete to remove the app from your device.
- Click the home button to exit application management mode.
Operating System Info
- Navigate to the home screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap General.
- Tap About.
- Scroll down until the version number appears.
WWE App Info
- iPhone
- Open the WWE App.
- Tap the Settings gear
- Tap Terms and Conditions
- The app version is displayed.
