When the app freezes, hangs, or generally get stuck while being downloaded, the best solution is to start fresh and reinstall it.
First, uninstall the existing version of the WWE Network app. After the older version has been removed, download and install again.
Uninstall app on iOS
- Tap Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Storage & Cloud
- Under Storage section, tap Manage Storage
- Look for WWE and tap Delete App button app
Uninstall app on Android
- Tap Settings
- Tap Application Manager
- Tap the WWE App
- Tap Uninstall
